Michael Vignola

Biography

Born and raised in NYC, Michael Vignola is a multi-award-winning film composer and founder of Emergence Audio, a boutique virtual instrument company. Always looking to push the boundaries of creation, he combines a unique blend of classical, ambient and electronic music with elements of sound design to craft powerful sound effects.

Having learned to play piano and guitar as a child, he played in multiple indie bands around NYC and traveled around the country touring. Since he began composing for film in 2016, he's become critically acclaimed for his work.
