Biography

With a sultry, timeless voice reminiscent of a different era, Josephine is a power-Pop Singer-Songwriter. Born in Tucson, AZ to Persian parents, Josephine left at 17 for Los Angeles to begin her career in music and acting. Within 2 years, she released her debut EP - a visual album entitled "Love Trap: The Story," which garnered over a quarter million streams worldwide. Influenced by the early greats of American jazz and soul - Frank Sinatra, Amy Winehouse, Dinah Washington and her Middle Eastern roots, Josephine is fusing the two for a truly iconic sound.
