Professional since 1995 he has been able to collaborate first in numerous rock bands for which he also makes recordings on vinyl supports, then he goes to jazz studying for 9 years drums and improvisation with M ° Benny Forestiere (conservatory N. Piccini of Bari). Over the years he has also had the opportunity to train with first-rate drummers such as Elvin Jones, Jeff 'Tain' Watts, Gene Jackson, Bobby Duhram, Billy Drummond, Roberto Gatto, Massimo Manzi, Ettore Fioravanti.
He also attends master classes with Scott Colley, Joey Calderazzo, Norma Winstone, Salvatore Bonafede, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Paolo Damiani, David Liebman, Harvey Schwartz, Dado Moroni, Akio Sasajma, Rachel Z, Stefano Battaglia, Delfeayo Marsalis, Tomaso Lama, Eddie Gomez. He obtained the diploma of the high professional qualification course from Siena Jazz and was a finalist in some prestigious national competitions.
He has given concerts in the United States, including 5 performances at the "Jazz at Lincoln Center" in New York, South Korea, Egypt, Norway, France, Poland, Belgium, Holland, Turkey, Albania, Serbia and in major festivals throughout Italy. He settled for short periods in France in Paris and in Serbia in Belgrade, where he also had the opportunity to deal with jazz styles strongly influenced by free jazz (as in the first case) and by Balkan sounds (in the second case).
He collaborates in various capacities with Gorge Garzone, Furio Di Castri, Flavio Boltro, Robert Bonissolo, Fabrizio Bosso, Nicola Stilo, Giovanni Amato, Yuri Goloubev, Francesco Bearzatti, Marco Sannini, Roberto Ottaviano, Emanuele Cisi, Gaetano Partipilo, Gianluca Renzi, Enrico Rava , Paolo Recchia, Luca Bulgarelli, Cinzia Tedesco, Piero Leveratto, Peter McGuire, Roy Nikolaisen, Paolino Dalla Porta and numerous other valid artists in Italy and abroad.
To date he has recorded about 30 albums, of which six as leaders or co-leaders, all published by primary national labels such as A-Beat Records, Auand Records, Dodicilune, Siena Jazz, Angapp and many others.

'Jazz Art Quartet', also called 'JAQ', offers a collection of original pieces that balances between modern American Jazz and Euro-cultured melodies.
