Artlist wants to celebrate the launch of the future of video production with you! With the launch of Artlist Studio, we are also launching the Artlist Studio Challenge — a worldwide call to directors ready to shape the next era of filmmaking.
Artlist Studio is built as a complete foundation for high-quality production. This challenge is about using it with intention. Not just generating clips, but directing a vision — from concept to execution — inside a professional AI workflow.
What we are looking for
Your task is to create a cinematic trailer for an original film or series using Artlist Studio. That means building a story, casting characters, designing environments, and directing action with purpose.
This is a call to directors. We’re looking for vision, storytelling, and execution.
Your submission should demonstrate:
- Narrative storytelling — a clear concept and direction
- Native casting — consistent characters across scenes
- Virtual scouting — cohesive environments and lighting
- Directing mode — intentional, scripted actions
- Cinematic quality — a professional standard from start to finish

What happens next
At the end of the challenge, we’ll select 5–10 standout creators.
From there, finalists will be required to produce a pilot (minimum 2 mins), taking their idea from trailer to a fully realized proof of concept.
One Grand Prize winner will receive $100,000 in production funding to bring their project to life at an industry level.

How to enter - round 1!
- Create a cinematic trailer (minimum 30 seconds) for an original film or series using Artlist Studio
- Showcase storytelling and a professional workflow
- Include the official watermark in your video
- Post your trailer on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Tag @Artlist.io
- Use the official hashtag #Artliststudiochallenge
- Submit your entry by May 25, 2026, 11:59pm EDT time, via the landing page
