I am Post Av from Rockford, IL. My passion is music. I started writing at a young age and eventually earned a Bachelor's of Science in Music with a focus in Recording Technology. In this, I released my first album, Machesney and the Pilot in 2013 and since then have been known as Post Av where I released my single "Fake" in 2017, Lovers and Liars EP in 2018, and newest single "Oxygen" in 2019. I have worked with local artists in the Rockford area in both producing and being apart of their music. My inspiration is the emotion behind music. I strive for a  capturing a meditative and relaxed feel that also evokes emotion with each and every song. In evoking those emotions, I try to hide that vulnerability behind the abstract elements within the music. I love the way music and film work together, and I write my music thinking of it being applied to film.
