Birraj is a Delhi-based pianist and composer. He studied western classical music under the director of Delhi School of Music under a scholarship and finished his theory and practical until grade 8. He played with the Revisit Project for over a year playing over 100  pan-India headlining festivals such as The Jazz India Circuit, LSR Tarang, Mood Indigo in Bombay, etc. and has also played 2 international solo concerts –  at Esplanade Theatre, Singapore, and The floating island, Seoul and In total over 200 shows. His passion also drifted towards films in college and he has composed background scores for shorts that have gone on to win awards at several film festivals.

Birraj’s original music has garnered over 20,000  plays on Spotify. He has been featured on Rolling Stone India, The Asian Age, The Indian Express, and many more.

He is also a TedX performer, a regular performer at The Piano Man Jazz Club and PVR home, and has done shows for The Netherlands Embassy, German Embassy, Alliance’ d’France, UNESCO.
