I am artist/composer/producer based in Nashville, TN. I  heard about artlist from Joel Ansett, who is a fellow collaborator of mine and an artist on this site. I wanted to check it out and see if it might be a good fit for some of my music. I do a lot of songwriting/artist work in the indie folk/pop/singer-songwriter world as well as piano-based cinematic and ambient compositions. My music is all about creating a mood. A lot of it is mellow with some subtle, driving elements. I think it sets a really nice tone for  some melancholy  as well as serious yet hopeful moments. There's a sweetness to some of it, and a sadness to other parts. I feel like there are spaces in film/tv it works really well in. As an artist, I'd love to be presented as someone who crafts meaningful, honest lyrics against the backdrop of beautiful music, or in the case of the instrumentals, someone who can take you to a different space - a dream state or a state of reflection, perhaps.
