Ruiqi Zhao is a Chinese film composer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist who specialized in creating intense, emotional, and immersive soundtracks. She studied under Dave Rivello and Mark Watters, six-time Emmy Award winner at Eastman School of Music, and she has a strong interest in orchestral music, pop music, concert music, electronic music, etc. Her work generally adapts various genres and soundings as she continues to develop her signature voice in composition. 

Ruiqi can score all genres of briefs ranging from retro to modern soundings as a versatile composer. She has abundant experience working with feature films and video game trailers. Her most recent work involves the original music for the Chinese movie Snow Burning Heart, directed by Gao Weilun, with A-Tier castings such as Liu Huan, Tian Yuan, Yang Mingyi, and Bai Jugang. She also scored for Dragon Vessel: Hachiman God Realm, an action film heavily using intense combat and thrilling music. Besides, she also composed music for a PubG video game trailer. 


'Adventure, Found' is a collection of melancholic Cinematic scores, ranging from full Orchestras to more minimalistic textures, crafting complex emotions of Love and hope to sorrow, tension and darkness.
