Download

Downloading on Artlist is quick and easy with a yearly subscription or free Trial account. Once you're signed in, click on the download icon, select your file type and your download will begin automatically.

Your download history is one of the pages that can be found in your Library. Select the Library option in the top-right corner of the page or select Library in the menu next to the Artlist logo.

If a song has been downloaded, you will find it in your Library and the download icon will remain yellow to indicate that the track is in your Download History. Additionally, near the download icon is a star. Select this option to add a song, album or artist to your favorites, which are also stored in your Library under Songs & Sounds.

You can download assets in 3 places: 1) Download directly from any page you're browsing by selecting the download icon & then the file type 2) Download from the full history of your account in your Library 3) Download from the confirmation email that's sent to you after downloading assets (This may take up to 10 hours to receive) If you still have trouble, please check that you're using the most updated version of your browser and that you have a strong Internet connection. Some users have found that their download speeds improve when they clear the cache or cookies on their browser You can contact us at any time and our Support team will help you get your downloads right away.

The download confirmation email will be sent to the address that's listed on your account several hours after you download them from the site. Please make sure that you're checking the right inbox. It’s also important to check your spam folder. If you still didn't receive an email, there’s no need to worry. You can visit your Library and download the music from your Download History on the site.

Artlist's entire catalog is available for download with an active yearly subscription. However, once your account reverts to Trial, you will no longer be able to download assets or licenses from the site.

Filters

We do! The Instrumental-only filter can be found in the filter options at the top of the track listing. This icon shows a microphone with a slash through it and is next to the Sort filter. When the filter is selected, the icon will turn yellow and the listing of tracks below will only feature instrumental songs. Select it again to turn the filter off.

Using AI, you can find similar songs or albums by visiting the Song Page or Album Page on the site. The easiest way to get there is by clicking on the song title or the album art of any track in the catalog. Once in this page, you will also be able to view the applied filters (Song Page) or full track listing (Album Page).

The newest songs on Artlist are marked with the “NEW” icon on the track line and can also be found by changing the sort filter from “Sort by Staff Picks” to “Sort by Newest”. When this is selected, the music will be listed with the most recently added songs and albums at the top.

Features

Your individual song certificate can be found where the media is downloaded - in your email or in your Download History. Next to the song/SFX downloads, there are three buttons: L, MP3 and WAV. Select L to automatically download your individual song license .pdf.

Yes! We encourage our artists to send us the lyrics to their songs with Vocals and many of them do so. The lyrics can be found by hovering your mouse over the microphone icon on the track line or by visiting the Song Page. You can also search for songs by the lyrics using the search bar feature.

Artlist’s mobile site is designed to give you the best experience on your mobile device. You can play music, add to your favorites, create playlists and share links to the media.

Pricing

Artlist's Unlimited License is available with 2 annual subscription plans: Music for $199 USD (Our most popular option) or Music + SFX for $299 USD (Best value). Artlist's Personal License for Music + SFX is available with a monthly subscription for $14.99 USD or an annual subscription of just $9.99 USD a month (billed annually).

We accept PayPal or any major credit card.

No! Your annual subscription gives you full access to the entire Artlist catalog. We have no hidden fees.

For most of the world, we do not charge value-added tax (VAT) or sales tax. As our company is based in Israel, we do add VAT to the subscription fee for subscribers who are also based in Israel. Prices shown on our website do not include VAT or sales tax.

Yes! Every active annual subscription has a unique Friend to Friend referral link. You’ll earn more time on your subscription with every sign up through your link. You can earn a lifetime subscription with 10 referrals!

Billing and Invoices

New payments can only be made on the first day of your annual subscription. If you paid with PayPal, please go to your PayPal account to update your payment details. Otherwise, contact our Support Team at [email protected] If you paid with a credit card, our Support Team is here to help you find the best solution. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Whenever you want! Check out the option to Upgrade and you will see your unique upgrade price. When you upgrade the account, your expiration date will stay the same.

An invoice will automatically generate after your payment is completed. You can access this at any time in your Account page. Your invoice will include information provided at the time of payment, so if you want to include specific company details like the address or VAT, please use the option to “Add invoice information” when you sign up.

If you’ve already made a payment, but the invoice details are missing, we can help. Please contact us at [email protected] with the invoice number and the details you’d like to be added or replaced. We’ll send you the revised copy within a few business days.

Invoices are only created after you make a payment and we do not offer invoices before payment. If you require specific payment information, the details can be found on our Pricing Page.

Absolutely! Simply sign up with the details for the recipient and they will receive an email confirmation as soon as their account is active. (Surprise!)

Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel. Full details of our renewal policy are listed in our Terms of Use.

When you sign up for Artlist using PayPal, our system stores the email address on the PayPal account. On the day your subscription expires, Artlist will send a payment request to PayPal using your account address to reactivate the account. When payment is complete, your account will reopen. If you sign up for Artlist using a credit card, a unique ID is created. Your card details are kept private for your security. On the day your subscription expires, Artlist will send a payment request to Bluesnap with your ID to reactivate the account. When payment is complete, your account will reopen.

If you signed up with PayPal, you can easily cancel your subscription through your Paypal account. If you used a credit card when subscribing, our Support team is here to help you. For assistance, contact us via email at [email protected]

You can cancel the renewal at any time before your license expiration date.

Refund

A refund can only be processed if you cancel your subscription within 14 days from the purchase date, and no assets were downloaded during the 14 days. These terms apply to new accounts and renewals.

If your account renewed and you no longer want an Unlimited or Personal License, a refund can be processed within the first 14 days of payment if no assets were downloaded. After 14 days, the option to refund is no longer available. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Troubleshooting

This can mean a few different things. It might be a timeout error, connection issue or something related to your bank/card processor. We suggest trying the following options before you contact Support: • Refresh the page and try again • Use a different credit card or PayPal account • Make sure that all fields are complete & correct before you submit • Call your bank/card processor for more information

When you select PayPal for payment a pop up should appear right away. If this doesn't happen, then there might be an issue with your browser's pop up settings or the browser itself. Please switch to another browser or check your browser's privacy & security settings to allow pop ups from Artlist and try again.
