Here comes the wave
Lean into its power and control what you have saved
Here comes the flood, rushing clean
Cause there’s a presence in the great beyond
Reaching out and reaching on
Here comes the flood, rushing free
To heal
Here comes the fire
Burning hot and white with desire
Here comes the flame, feel it rage
‘Cause there’s a hunger in the face of doubt
Reaching on and reaching out
But here comes the flame, burning free
To heal
Here comes the wave
Lean into its power and control what you have saved
Here comes the flame, burning free
To heal
Lean into its power and control what you have saved
Here comes the flood, rushing clean
Cause there’s a presence in the great beyond
Reaching out and reaching on
Here comes the flood, rushing free
To heal
Here comes the fire
Burning hot and white with desire
Here comes the flame, feel it rage
‘Cause there’s a hunger in the face of doubt
Reaching on and reaching out
But here comes the flame, burning free
To heal
Here comes the wave
Lean into its power and control what you have saved
Here comes the flame, burning free
To heal
All my burdens hide on the wrong side of right
Beneath the open sky with the clouds painted white
Where I’m fighting to fight but I’m alright
Not learning to live, learning to die
All my secrets run to the brightest of one
Holding out their guns, staring straight down the sun
Where the coldest have won, they have won
But I’m not even done, I’m not done
Take me at my word, I’m a broken mess
Put me to the road, put me to the test
Hang me out to dry, never let me rest
Put me to the road, put me to the test
All my burdens lay fast asleep and far away
Waiting for the day when all I know is the way
Where I wanted to stay
Take me at my word, I’m a broken mess
Put me to the road, put me to the test
Hang me out to dry, never let me rest
Put me to the road, put me to the test
Beneath the open sky with the clouds painted white
Where I’m fighting to fight but I’m alright
Not learning to live, learning to die
All my secrets run to the brightest of one
Holding out their guns, staring straight down the sun

Wherever you pray
Wherever you lay
I'll be there when you call me
Over rivers and roads
Wherever you roam
I'll be there when you call me
When time starts to break
And the dawn is awake
I'll be there when you call me
At the end of the day
When the world is away
I'll be there when you call me
So hum this tune and hold on tight
I'll be with you in the morning light
Close your eyes and listen
Close your eyes and listen
Oh what a beautiful sound
Close your eyes and listen
To the sound
When all hope has escaped
And the darkness awaits
I'll be there if you call me
If your direction home
Is lost amongst the cold
I’ll be there if you call me
So hum this tune and hold on tight
I'll be with you in the morning light
Close your eyes and listen
Close your eyes and listen
Oh what a beautiful sound
Changes all around
Close your eyes and listen to the sound
I will show you all the beauty
I will fight for your desires
I will cross the barren desert
I will walk among the fires
I will run to the deepest corners
To see you face to face
You are my present and my future
The reason I am saved
Wherever you pray
Wherever you lay
I'll be there when you call
Wherever you lay
I'll be there when you call me
Over rivers and roads
Wherever you roam
I'll be there when you call me
When time starts to break
And the dawn is awake
I'll be there when you call me
At the end of the day
When the world is away
I'll be there when you call me

Close your eyes and listen

Darkness falls
Can't see my reflection at all
Caught in the web that's spinning me down
Heartbreak calls
Like a siren sweet and alone
Honey to my lips I suckle and I drown
Head under water never to be found
Alone I hide with a fading light in my eye
Breath in my lungs whispering dry
Head under water barely alive
There you wandered
Shining like a beacon in the night
Bright enough to leave it all behind
Not too far gone
So I followed
Closer to the rhythm of your steps
Trusted every moment that we had
Not too far gone
So I will run into your arms
Alone I climb with you on my mind
Can't see my reflection at all
Caught in the web that's spinning me down
Heartbreak calls
Like a siren sweet and alone
Honey to my lips I suckle and I drown
Head under water never to be found
Alone I hide with a fading light in my eye
Breath in my lungs whispering dry
Head under water barely alive
There you wandered
Shining like a beacon in the night
Bright enough to leave it all behind
Not too far gone
So I followed
Closer to the rhythm of your steps
Trusted every moment that we had
Not too far gone
So I will run into your arms
Alone I climb with you on my mind
Where I come from these are the things I know
Never let your woman go and never break her heart
Oh but where I come from is only miles of broken roads
Only love that will never grow, It ends before it starts
Where I come from you die for the things you own
You never let your weakness show, You never pray to God
Oh but where I come from, heaven is the fool man’s gold
Leads you anywhere but home, Leads you to nowhere
But I will run, I will run, I will run
Run away
Deep in the valley of concrete and alleys, the stars never shine through the haze
I must get rid of my face, get rid of my faith, and change my philosophies
Like holes in the pavement I fall through the pages, A note that got lost in the rain
Take me the furthest away that I can be safe from the place that is haunting me
But I will run, I will run, I will run
Run away
Where I come from these are the things I know
Never let your woman go and never break her heart
Never let your woman go and never break her heart
Oh but where I come from is only miles of broken roads
Only love that will never grow, It ends before it starts
Where I come from you die for the things you own

Where I come from these are the things I know
Never let your woman go and never break her heart
I'm not overreacting
This ain't just a blip on the map
The show has been canceled
And it's not coming back
Don't tell me to breathe easy
Don't tell me it'll be fine
Cause we have rearranged the pieces
And we're running blind
So pour me another glass
And sing to me real slow
Cause I need more than just the holy ghost
Pour me another round
This time don't ever stop
Cause I need more of what you've got
When this whole ride is over
When the worst of it is done
What the hell will we return to
What will we become
Cause in the sharp blink of an eye
In a subtle twist of fate
We were dealt a faulty deck
Before we could even play
So pour me another glass
And sing to me real slow
Cause I need more than just the holy ghost
Pour me another round
This time don't ever stop
Cause I need more of what you've got
What you've got
I'm not overreacting
This ain't just a blip on the map
The show has been canceled
And it's not coming back
So pour me another glass
And sing to me real slow
Cause I need more than just the holy ghost
Pour me another round
This time don't ever stop
Cause I need more of what you've got
Yeah, I need more of what you've got
Yeah honey, more of what youv'e got
So what you got?
This ain't just a blip on the map
The show has been canceled
