Biography
Choke (aka Choke Beat Orchestra) is a collaboration between 3 Tel Aviv-based beatmakers Choke (Adi Rotem), Peter Spacey (Omer Luz) and 1204 (Roy Yarom). Formed in 2017, the group has developed a unique performance style combining mesmerizing visuals with live hip hop beats.
Adi Rotem (Choke) is a controllerism artist known for his 'one man band' show that brings together light, art and music. Beatmaker, DJ producer and keyboard player Peter Spacey also merges music with visuals, creating colorful videos and spicy glitched grooves. 1204 is a beatmaker and excellent finger drummer, known for his old-school lofi beats.
